Shipping

1.16.) Orders will be processed and delivered without undue delay, no later than 30 days after orders have been placed.

1.17.) Depending on the time of the order, orders may be sent on the same day as the order was placed. However please allow for up to 7 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order.

1.18.) Orders sent by customers outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes when they reach their destination. Customers will be responsible for paying any such import duties and taxes for their international delivery.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

1.19.) All customers will be able to cancel their order from the time that they purchase the item to the time that the item is dispatched.

1.20.) However there will be some instances when a customer filles for a cancelation of an item during the time the item has already been sent out for dispatch and would be notified after the item has already being dispatched. In this event the customer will recieve the item and have to pay for re-delivery and would only be refunded after the seller has confirmed that the item has been delivered. Further infomation stated in clause 1.27.)

1.21.) To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.

1.22.) Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.

1.23.) No returns are accepted for all used, refurbished, as-is and untested items. These are being sold as-is and without warranty unless otherwise stated in the item description.

1.24.) For domestic parcels lost in transit, refunds may be issued after 14 days of tracking inactivity.

1.25.) In the case of International parcels being lost during transit, no refund will be given unless postage insurance was requested at time of purchase. (If you would like to purchase extra cover please contact us prior to ordering through the contact us page.)

1.26.) You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:

(a) the supply of goods or services where prices are dependent upon fluctuations in the financial markets, which are beyond the control of the retailer.

(b) the supply of goods that are made to the customer’s specification or are clearly personalised.

(c) the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines.

1.27.) In addition you will lose your right to cancel if you:

(a) unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

(b) unseal audio, video recordings or computer software that were sealed at the time of delivery.

(c) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.

(d) open the package and leave the item in a worse condition than it was when originally sent.

Law and jurisdiction

Many of these terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
